No calories left?

So what do I do when it is only 4pm and I have no calories left for the day! Ugh! I thought I was being good til I added up all the ingredients on my veggie sandwich...well I had two slices of pepper jack cheese on it!
Suggestions? I am supposed to go to a business meal this evening...traveling makes staying at 1200 calories a day hard..but it sure motivates me to get to the gym!

1. Figure out what put you over and how to avoid it (which you already did)
2. Exercise (if possible)
3. Don't go hungry, but consider a lighter dinner like a salad with lean protein (if possible)
4. Don't stress about it, move on with the knowledge gained from step 1 (not optional!)

Get some exercise in if you have time. Eat a healthy lighter dinner. Try to stay within maintenance calorie range. And don't stress yourself over it! One day going over a little bit won't destroy all your hard work.0 -
Thanks! I ate a salad for dinner...and avoided the wine! :-)0

Smart move.
And don't forget that if you are only eating 1200 cals a day, you probably have a pretty big deficit.
So you can almost certainly eat more and still lose weight.0 -
If you go over calories one day, it's OKAY, if you learn from it for the next day. So, look at where your calories came from. Decrease that. Is your lunch a whole bunch of calories? Change your lunch tomorrow. Experiment and learn from it0
