    You look great! And the best part is that as you are trimming down, you aren't losing all your muscle. It is great to feel healthy and strong, not just "skinnier".

    The first pic in the 2 collages was taken March 16 right when I began the Eating More 2 Weigh Less group. I was doing the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution.

    The second pic in the collages was taken May 29....at the tail end of JMBR and I was eating 1800-1900 calories.

    The other pics are from today...3 weeks into the ChaLEAN Extreme Program. I'm eating 2000-2100 calories a day!!

    I've lost a total of 9 pounds and roughly 20 inches. Still have a way to go to be at my goal but I'm getting there...slowly but surely.

    Thanks for this, I am about to start this program and I am so unsure about it all. I posted a topic in the eat more group and no one has answered yet. Would you be willing to help answer my questions? I also posted it under the food and nurtition under TDEE (scooby) or Eat More to weight less (HELP!)

    Amazing results! Chalean Extreme was the only program I ever did that really made changes in my body - and got me into heavy lifting! :)
