Wen "shampoo" users?

Do any of you use the Wen hair "shampoo" stuff? My stepmom gave me a bottle as a gift and I started using it today. My question is this...you're not supposed to use it more than every 2 or 3 days...which is fine, I get it. BUT, I normally shower in the morning AND at the gym after I work out. So.....what do I do then?? Just rinse my hair?? I'm slightly confused....

I love how my hair feels today, but I can't just be walking around with sweat-head! :smile:

    I'm not 100% sure...there is a DVD that comes with it that she couldn't find. But, she had watched it and that's what it said (she couldn't remember the reason LOL)

    I used it a few times when a friend gave me a bottle. That stuff is thick like wax! I would not use it twice a week, let alone twice a day. I have thick, curly hair.

    http://www.wenhaircare.com/faq.php Says you can never use too much of the stuff. So I guess using it more than once a day is fine. Maybe the video said to use it at least twice a week?

    You can, but it's just really heavy and weighs your hair down.

    I use Wen about once a week, and wash my hair with regular conditioner the rest of the time. My favorite is Burt's Bees mango. Anything without silicone works great.

    I love it. I use it every 4 days, any more than that and my hair gets oily.

    I've used it before and I love how it makes my hair look and feel for most of the day but by the end of the day my naturally greasy hair is even more greasy. I can't use it every day otherwise my hair looks greasy constantly so I try to switch it up with a day of Wen, a couple days of my normal shampoo, etc.

    I use it every day. About once I week I use a lot of it, otherwise I only use a few pumps, massage my scalp well and brush it through to soak in while I finish showering. I cannot go more than a day without washing my hair! My hair is fabulous with Wen. However, I've started mixing in some less expensive alternatives (hair one, l'oreals cleansing conditioner, etc) to help with the cost of Wen but I still LOVE it. Shampoo hasn't touched my hair in many months now & I never plan on using shampoo again.

    i dont get it?? its not a shampoo?? how do u wash ur hair?doesnt ur scalp itch?
