The first pic in the 2 collages was taken March 16 right when I began the Eating More 2 Weigh Less group. I was doing the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution.
The second pic in the collages was taken May 29....at the tail end of JMBR and I was eating 1800-1900 calories.
The other pics are from today...3 weeks into the ChaLEAN Extreme Program. I'm eating 2000-2100 calories a day!!
I've lost a total of 9 pounds and roughly 20 inches. Still have a way to go to be at my goal but I'm getting there...slowly but surely.0 -

I like them both but, to be honest, I think Chalene is a little more encouraging. She's not the "yell in your face" type of personality like Jillian is!!!0 -
You look great! How much are you eating and what exercise program are you doing?
Currently, I'm eating anywhere from 2000-2100 calories a day. Sometimes I do go a little below that but generally it's 2000.
I just started the ChaLEAN Extreme program 3 weeks ago. Before I was doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution.0 -
