Cardio Help!

I have an old hip injury that I can feel is about to flare up again, but I'm feeling anxious to do some cardio tonight! I don't have a 1 piece swimsuit yet (just ordered one!), so swimming isn't an option.

Can anyone recommend any cardio, outside of swimming, that is gentle on the hips?

Thanks so much!

I use the elliptical. I have bad knees and hips and that seems to work good for me. I know it doesn't for everyone with those issues but worth a try.

I crank up the resistance on the elliptical. Gives you cardio with some strength that way.

Thanks! I figured the elliptical would probably be at least a little gentler than running and walking, but I was hoping someone with actual knowledge or personal experience would verify that :)
