Not new to fitness or working out, just need motivation!!! I also need to track my eating habits! I was 215# in 2010 and now I am at 184 though last year in the fall I was down to 169! So I have gained weight over the winter...sux...so here I am to keep track of everything. I am up to leg pressing 545#'s! I am trying to gain muscles too, but in a lean way! I go to the gym 3-5x's a week. Hope to make friends! Good luck to everyone!

HI Kelly and welcome! Awesome on the leg presses! I actually have been enjoying my lifting routines at the gym as well -I like the idea of adding muscle that will burn calories even in rest!!0
