25 lbs by November- ish?

Today i worked my butt off.. zumba yoga sit ups ... i ate a.big meal & in the morning drank a shake. Night, cereal with little milk. While doing 20 mins yoga drank.concentration tea. Before bed green tea and I've been taking gren tea pills.

  • My mom bought me some green tea pills and I'm excited to start taking them...my Fiance used them when he dropped 50 pounds a few years back and he said they gave him a ton of energy and helped keep his appetite in check...

    87500 calorie deficit needed. 5 months/~150 days.
    Maths out to almost 600 calories/day deficit.
    If you are obese or on the high end of overweight, that should be no problem. If you are already in decent shape, that is probably a bit overambitious. If you are somewhere in between, it's feasible, but might be tough.

    That is all kinda general, because I don't know your body weight and body fat%.
