Today i worked my butt off.. zumba yoga sit ups ... i ate a.big meal & in the morning drank a shake. Night, cereal with little milk. While doing 20 mins yoga drank.concentration tea. Before bed green tea and I've been taking gren tea pills.

My mom bought me some green tea pills and I'm excited to start taking them...my Fiance used them when he dropped 50 pounds a few years back and he said they gave him a ton of energy and helped keep his appetite in check...0

87500 calorie deficit needed. 5 months/~150 days.
Maths out to almost 600 calories/day deficit.
If you are obese or on the high end of overweight, that should be no problem. If you are already in decent shape, that is probably a bit overambitious. If you are somewhere in between, it's feasible, but might be tough.
That is all kinda general, because I don't know your body weight and body fat%.0
