I've been noticing the changes in my body and was beginning to wonde if anyone else had... Well I received multiple compliments this weekend and it feels great! My hard work is FINALLY beginning to show!!
As for my NSV- I bought a workout shirt and two tees at OldNavy yesterday without trying them on...... A size LARGE!! I can't tell you how long it has been, or if ever at that, since I've been able to purchase clothes, without trying them on first. Let alone, a size without at least one "X" in it!!!
