I started my weight loss journey almost 2 weeks ago and I noticed when I am working out I will get a throbbing pain in my heel. It goes away if I shake my foot but it usually comes back every now and then. Once I quit working out it goes away. What could be causing this? I have good socks and good shoes so I'm stumped....

Could be a heel spur. Gel like magellan. Get a gel insert to ease the impact on your heel.0
