Eat More to Lose More Group Week 2

Week 2, how is everyone doing with eating more?
Unfortunately I was in bed sick from Friday night till this morning. I'm hoping to try to get to the gym tonight. I didn't eat as much this weekend as maybe I should have to be considered "eating more" but since I literally was just in bed its probably for the best. Last week went well with eating more. Going to weigh in on Sunday...soooo scared. I dread the scale!!

I am doing well.
Had trouble, as I always do, eating enough over the weekend. I am so busy running around, that I don't eat healthy meals/snacks. I grab almonds, a handful of grapes, a protein bar, but really need to sit down and eat enough all at once.
Started my monthly too, and feel hugely bloated. Ewww....0
