    I'm 5'5" trying to lose 12-15 lbs also, just starting today on MFP, though I signed up a year ago for the program :) I am not sure how to add friends but all of you can add me. I could use some accountability.

    Hi There! I can relate!

    Over a 10 year period or so, I packed on weight. In February, I started Power 90, and I'm 3 weeks away from completing P90X. I've lost 42 lbs so far! I have used MFP for the last 5 months. Proper nutrition and exercise really work!
