30 days ago I decided I needed a lifestyle change. I signed up with MFP, and this is my progress so far. (I'm getting there :happy:)

awesome work!!! i wish i took pics!! perhaps i didn't think this process would work!! also 30 days in and 6 lbs lost and today i tried on a pr of shorts i have not wore in 5 years and they fit with room!!!! i am over the moon!!! 6 more lbs to go and i am super excited!!!0

Thank you. I use to eat a lot of crap (and I mean A LOT of crap) every single day, and sadly I would never exercise. Plus I was unemployed for a few months - which didnt help.
I now aim to eat around 1200-1350 calories a day. I cut out almost ALL junk food (with a few exceptions of course) and just try to eat clean (heaps of fresh fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water etc). I also now exercise daily - occasionally with the wii fit.
I'm not too sure what else to say. A few harsh words from someone I really cared about has kept me motivated and determined.

Thank you. Im doing a mixture of things - I guess I really just do whatever I feel like at the time.
Running, jogging, walking, aerobic steps (one of my favourites), skipping (with a skipping rope), hula hooping, dancing, I play netball, push ups, squats, lunges etc.
I have a wii fit - and that has jogging, boxing, aerobic steps etc.
I also have the biggest loser for wii game (which I highly recommend) - and that has a mixture of cardio and strength workouts.
Have you heard of the butt bible workout? If so, I just used youtube to find out what the exercises were (instead of paying for it) and I have been doing those.
I have also downloaded a few free exercise apps on my phone - The daily ab workout, daily butt workout, daily arm workout, daily leg workout and daily cardio workout
Thats about it, I really just rotate what I do. It also just comes down to what I feel like doing0
