Shoe on the right was brand new June 1~that is what 105 miles looks like on my sole! July 1, I break in a new pair!

    Ewww.....LOL. I was shocked at how gross my shoes got so quickly. I have to say though, new shoes after only 105 miles? Seems way too short to me.

    I agree that 100 mi is not enough to *need* new shoes (if you just *want* new shoes, that's a different story - I bought a 2nd pair after only about 50 mi so I could alternate).

    Once I saw how gross my shoes got running outside, I got another pair for use on the treadmill. They will not be going outside, until my first pair wears out. Then I'll get a new treadmill pair.
