I need some REAL workout music!

Throw at me your absolute favorite workout songs. My playlist is seriously lacking. The stuff I have on my MP3 player just isn't getting me motivated.

I prefer rock, alternative, metal type music but honestly I have favorites from every kind of genre of music.

I have such an odd mix of music that I like listening to depending on how I'm feeling.

Flobots is my usual Pandora playlist, though.

I need upbeat hip/hop and pop music to keep me going. Today when I was ready to stop running, "The Fighter" by Gym Class Heroes came on and totally kept me going

    I also like:

    Titanium by David Guetta
    Bulletproof by LaRoux
Shake It Out by Florence & the Machine
    Crazy Train by Ozzy

Tool (My current favorite workout buddy)
    Slipknot
    Korn
    Disturbed
    The Used
    Soundgarden
    Avenged Sevenfold
    Nightwish
    Dream Theater
    Bullet for My Valentine
    Evanescence
    Cradle of Filth

Many of these have terrific songs both for "the burn" time and for warmup/cooldown.

Oops, I didn't mean to make so long of a list. I'm a TOTAL music junkie, and I listen to ALL KINDS of music, especially for working out, including the things listed, plus r&b, neo-soul, and even some jazz when I'm doing yoga.

Honestly, the one song that gets me pumped every time when I am feeling like I need a second wind during a workout is

Don't stop me now by Queen

Gets my blood back pumping harder than ever.
