Good afternoon!! Well, I guess I have been doing this for a couple of weeks, so I am not entirely new, but I am learning how to portion my food, control my impulses and build a healthier me. I am married with two teenagers and actually teach a fitness class. While I am a curvy girl, which I love about myself, I want to be a fitter me for myself, my family and set a good example for my students!
