losing 30 pounds by october 7 who wants to join?

I'll give it a shot. I need to lose fiftyfive pounds so that we can have another baby. I just want to be healthy and able to lose the baby weight this time. Thirty pounds would so help.

:glasses: Okay so I made some minor adjustments to my "goals" page and now my caloric intake
is more realistic, instead of 1200 a day it's hovering around 1350 or so. Also, did a change to
my exercise totals because that wasn't working for me. I had it based on 6-90 minute
workouts per week and that hasn't happened but for a few weekends:bigsmile:
(when I have done super long walks..)
I am now shooting for a full 30 pound weight loss but will probably take longer due to the fact that I
have set this program at 1 pound a week...I think that with a bit of my own customization as I go,
like zigzagging calories and such, I may have a chance at success by the end of October.
Today I was able to:
1) Avoid the temptation of buying empty-caloric foods at the market
2) Make it to the gym to use the elliptical machine
3) Do calisthenics and walking throughout the day
4) Eat raw foods and drink plenty of water
5) Get plenty of rest
