  • I've recently discovered Coffeemate Bliss. I love the low fat vanilla at 20 calories a tablespoon. No weird stuff I can't pronounce in it either!

I used to do 1.5 teaspoons of sugar and about 1.5oz of milk. I've graduated to black. I don't limit myself sweets when I want them but during this lifestyle change business I lost my taste for sweetened coffee.

At home skim milk only, and I rarely have coffee out anymore - if I do, I might have a moccacino, or a good black coffee with double brown sugar. However I have not had sugar in my coffee for 3 months.

Tea - green tea as is, black tea with milk- had no sugar in my tea for 20 years

I prefer coffee over tea. I have a Keurig so I experiment all the time with different flavors, roasts, varieties in general along with different types of creamers.

    Hot or iced.
Regular or decaf (decaf always after 2PM if I have to work the next day).
    Black or cream.
    Creamers or half and half.
    With flavored liqueurs.
    All day everyday.

Lately I have been enjoying Homemade Ice Coffee.

    4oz Black Coffee
    2 tsp Splenda
    3/4 c Whole Milk
    10 Ice cubes

Calories 105 ( there is no calories if you don't put milk in ) Carbs 10 ( only 1 if you don't up milk ) Fat 6 ( none if you don't use milk ) Protein 6 ( none if you don't use milk )

    I like this both ways.

White tea, iced with 1 1/2 packets of Truvia mixed in while steeping. The ice has to be crushed! No bigger than a large marble/

Never liked coffee. I remember when I was about 10, I asked my mother if I could taste her coffee and she said ok. BLECH! And that was my first and last time I ever drank coffee.....lol!

I drink tea, either hot or iced, with lemon and sugar (or sugar substitute now).

Black coffee with 1 pack Equal - went cold turkey from creamer when I started this Lifestyle Change two years ago. Those extra calories wouldn't amount to squat today, but back then it was all or nothing for me.

I don't like to drink my calories, I usually have it black with cinnamon to kick the metabolism and insulin levels in gear :) sometimes I like to have a splash of almond milk and splenda or keurig vanilla coffee cups which are 15 cals.

Plain, the way they are meant to be.

Things like lattes go it the dessert category and don't qualify as coffee. :)
