I like Panko oven baked chiggun in all ways. I am not a fan of chiggun breast, so I use thighs in mine.

This is a different baked buffalo wings recipe. A bit high in sodium, but I see several ways that can be reduced, a big one is to find something better than margarine (olive oil butter would do the trick)

    1 lb chicken wings
    1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 cup louisiana hot sauce
    1 tablespoon margarine
    Directions:
1Fill a large pot half way with water and then add the first 4 ingredients.2Bring water mixture and wings to a boil and then boil for 15 minutes.3Transfer wings to an oven safe container coated with cooking spray. Bake wings on "Broil" (high) for 15 minutes on each side.(For crispier wings, cook longer on each side, maybe 20 minutes per side).4While waiting for wings, combine the Hot Sauce and Margarine in a microwave safe container and cook in microwave for 2 minutes or until melted. (You can cook the sauce longer for a thicker sauce).5When wings are done, shake 'em up with the sauce and enjoy!

This is the best recipe, except I just don't use the margarine so they are a little spicy, and Louisiana Hot Sauce is the best, well except for their Louisiana Gold that is the only thing that is better. Definitely use this recipe though OP, boiling first also helps get rid of some of the fat in the water! The come out really really good!

Here is another one with the breasts and cornflake crumbs (again I prefer boneless thighs and panko)

Here's a recipe for healthy boneless wings:

    Ingredients
    1 lb skinless chicken breasts
    2 egg white
    1 1/4 cups cornflake crumbs
1 1/2 cups buffalo wing sauce
    3 tablespoons cajun seasoning
    cooking spray

    Directions
-Season chicken breasts with 1 Tbspn of cajun seasoning.
-Slice breasts into strips of equal size.
-Mix 1/2 cup of Buffalo wing sauce with the egg whites.
-Mix the remaining cajun seasoning with the corn flake crumbs.
-Dip strips into egg white mixture and then into crumb mixture.
-Place strips onto lightly greased baking sheet.
-Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minute.
-Remove from oven, dip into remaining Buffalo wing sauce and return to baking sheet.
-Return to oven for 5-10 minutes
