whats your daily calorie goal?

Hello.....im a 41 year old, 5' 2'' female, currently 206 llbs. Ive been on 1200 cals, since May and have lost 14 llbs.....Ive hit a brick wall and Ive hit a wall, as I have only lost a couple of pounds since the start of the month. I was advised I may need to up my calorie intake, from one of the trainers at my gym.....Im looking for an idea what calories other folk, simular height and weight are doing well on ?

    I am 5'0 tall and weigh 180 lbs. MFP has my target caloric intake per day at 1370.

    I am 5'5 and my goal is currently 1740. I use http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ to calculate my calories. I am part of the eat more to weigh less group.

    I'm 5'7'', 137lbs and I try to eat about 1200 calories per day to assure a 500 calorie deficient in my caloric intake according to my BMI.

    You may want to try the Calorie Zig Zag. People have had success with ending plateaus using it.

    I am 5'3" and 180lbs. My goal is set to 1lb a week, that gives me 1380 calories. Plus I eat all my exercise calories.

    I am 5"0 and 123 lbs. my target calories is 1500 to lose half a pound a week.
