The 1st pic is me at my heaviest non-pregnancy weight. Since that pic was taken, there have been lots of ups and downs, stops and starts. Last summer (2011) got down to about 170/172 lbs, but then gained weight again during the fall winter.

The 2nd pic is me this past Easter when I decided to recommit to losing weight and being healthy. I've gone from barely being able to run a minute to running (jogging) 3 miles non-stop through the c25k program. I've biked over 110 miles just since Mother's Day (I think that was my first ride this year!) and am exercising 5-6 dys/wk (by biking and running). I've changed my way of eating and how I look at and think about food and for the most part am making smarter dietary choices by eliminating sugar and lots of processed food.

The 3rd pic is from this past weekend when Hubby and I were at Mackinac Island. I know it's kind of hard to tell in my body because of the jacket, but I can really see the difference in my face, even since Easter.

When I weighed myself today, I was at 160.8. My goal is to get to 145 lbs. I can't wait to see the difference once I reach it!
