strawberry chocolate slushy/smoothie (50 cal at the most)
so i just made this right now and had to share it with you guys!
3/4 tray of ice cubes (enough to mostly fill a single serve blender cup
2tbsp sugar free calorie free chocolate coffee syrup (i use: http://www.moninstore.com/prod_Detail.html?prodID=58&flavor=Monin-Chocolate-Sugar-Free-Syrup)
a splash of 1% lactose free milk
6 or 7 strawberries
top with water till full(so your blender doesn't have a heart attack)
throw it all in your blender and go!
if you really want to avoid the calories, skip the milk, but it adds a nice bit of creaminess.
you could add protein powder to it to make it a great post-workout snack. but i think that would take away from the flavour/texture a bit
