This was delicious!!

Make a fat free, sugar free chocolate fudge pudding with 2 cups of unsweetened coconut almond milk.

It makes 4 servings.

Add fruit or granola to it.

I added frozen bananas and kashi go lean crisp cereal. It was divine!

  • I do this all the time, but with regular skim milk, plus a tub of Cool Whip free and fruit! It makes a large serving, is very light, and low in calories. yum!

    This sounds great.
  • I use other flavors all the time. The other day I mixed vanilla, banana (fat free/sugar free of course) and strawberries and blueberries, and cool whip (free). The kids loved it and so did I! It makes a whole lot though so be prepared to eat it for about a week!

I have found whenever I make something with almond or soy milk, it doesn't turn out. Do you change the measurements of milk?

I dont know what this means.

When people "bump" it they are either just moving it to the top of the forum list (sorted by last response) or saving it to read later in their "my topics" section.

Make on box sugar free jello any flavor and let sit for 2 minutes....add one box sugar free fat free pudding mix (any flavor)...fold in one tub fat free cool whip

I then separate into 1/2 cup servings and chill. Very good and very low calories!!

Last night I mixed lite cool whip with two packets of banana pudding made with silk unsweetened original almond milk and it was awesome. My one year old loved it too! I'm gonna do the graham cracker thing and freeze them too. Thanks for the idea!
