Having problems reaching my goal calories

I'm having issues reaching my calorie intake everyday. This has been constant since i've started MFP. I need my food diary looked over so I can see where I'm falling short.

  • Also I'm supposed to be eating 1400 calories a day, but I almost never reach it. I think my problem is, I'm so focused on my sugar intake and trying to reach that goal. That it affects what I eat and making me fall short.

    You are really far under on your carbs...I figure that's the recommended so at least get closer. Not sure though. You are wayyyyyy under on veggies!! Up EM!!

    I'm having the same issue : / I do not however "starve" myself and if I was hungry I would eat more. I don't believe in eating more just to meet my calorie goal if I'm not hungry. Is this wrong?
