Warm GOOEY cinnamon apples over FroYo

Combine in a bowl (123 Calories):
1/2 Large Granny Smith Apple, tiny-cubed (approx 1 cm cubes)
Lemon juice - Raw - juice of half lemon
2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract (or you can use Rum Extract)
Pinch of Salt or Salt Substitute

Method:
Heat (stir constantly) the ABOVE ingredients on low in saucepan until apples are warm and softened (like apple pie). This should take 2-3 minutes....

Serve apple mixture over:
1/2 cup Trader Joe's - Nonfat Plain Frozen Yogurt (100 Calories)
Crumble 1 Sheet Trader Joe's Honey Graham Crackers over the top. (65 Calories)
