Protein Shake

I've thinking about drink protein shake but i'm afraid because people says that they causes acne and it have quimics that could be dangerous in the future... any suggestions of a MORE NATURAL protein shake??
I only have access to GNC or ADN

    Optimum Nutrition has one or two Natural versions of their whey protein powder. I've pretty much standardized on ON Natural Chocolate. That said, I think the the concern about acne or "danger" is a load of malarkey.

    Natural protein shake? Steak/chicken/fish or protein powder......protein doesn't cause acne

    Sams has a real good one.... I am just getting off phase 3 of Ideal Protein diet and I like the protein shakes in the morning when I am hurried that is what I think I will be going to ..... they are called AdvantEDGE for me the chocolate is good and has the same nutritional value at about 1.25 per shake compared to Ideal Protein 4.25

    I never had that issue at all matter of fact when I started on the protein diet (Ideal Protein) for me it cleared up a number of skin and hair issues now that I drink the AdvantEDGE ones I still have no skin issues
