    Hey everyone! I am from the states but am currently studying abroad for four weeks in Stirling. I just took my first trip to Tesco on Sunday and had a lot of fun exploring your food packaging for the nutritional information. Does anyone have any suggestions for me as to some healthier brands/food choices that I could check out while in Scotland? Thanks!

    Also- what exactly is Kopparberg? Is it alcoholic? Carbonated? thanks!

    Hey there! Welcome to Scotland first of all, hope you have a great time here! Can't think of any specific brands at the moment, but I usually stick to supermarket own brand for fresh foods.

    Kopparberg is cider so yes, alcoholic. Feel free to add if you're wanting to know anything else :)
