Kind of hard to advise you when I can't see your journal.0

Don't get frustrated. We all hit that wall sooner or later. The trick is to fool your body into burining it off. Eat 6 very small meals a day. (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, and Snack) My father lost 40 pounds doing it. He kept a journal of his food intake, so I stole the tip. I just started the diet as well as light exercise. I'm down three pounds this week. If I can, anyone can. I saw your pic; you look great. Be positive and good things will come.0

open up your diary so we can all look, then people can give you better advice0

Agreed, open your diary!.... although is your method of getting 'wreckless' consuming under 1100kcal net????!0

Are you working out as well? I have been working out and realized the scale wasn't moving so I put it away until July.0

You may need to use the daily calorie intake calculator feature again to readjust your daily allotment based on your current weight rather than your starting weight. As you lose weight, you need fewer calories to maintain that weight.0

A few things to keep in mind:
Exercise.
- Folks like me who lose weight only through a lot of effort have to kick start metabolism first thing in the morning. I do ab work and by walking the dog (not intense, and the dog really needs the walk).
- Keep in mind that the less you weigh the fewer cals you burn. I used to have to run 35ish minutes, now I have to run 45minutes.
- You may have to switch up the time of day you exercise. If I do my intense cardi the same time each day it's not as effective.
Cals. Net cals vs. gross cals. You are probably safe eating back net cals, not so much the gross cals.
Diet. You may I eat fat blockers like almonds and strawberries. You may also need to eat through the day so your sugar stays stable (and maybe cut out some sugars depending on how much you eat). Make sure you are getting enough fiber, too. As a woman it can really help.
Good luck!!0
