my 30 day progress!

lost .5 from waist around belly button, 1.5 from boobs(no bra), 1.5 from hips, but gained and inch on my thigh. Lost 4lbs
I dont see a whole lot of difference so hopefully the next 30 days will be more progress! thank you everyone!

    I did ripped in 30 for the first week and a half then i switched to turbofire. And still doing that.
