Hi There,

My name is Hellen and I am looking to lose at least 100 pounds....I know baby steps. I am a single mom of a 13 and 18 year old and want to get in shape using this tool. Looking for Pals on here.

    I dont know how yet too befriend you, Im not very good with technology but im with you I have 30 pounds too lose and I just started this site on monday and I have lost and gained 100 pounds 5 times with many other yoyo diets I am excited about MFP.
