I need some help with some good recipes or ideas for meals that will be more filling for me. I hate being hungry and I have a problem with low blood sugar and can't afford to let it drop. I know I need protein and good fats, just need some suggestions what works for you guys!

    Love baked beans and scrambled egg on a slice of brown toast!! Filling and healthy becuase it's full of protein!!

    Edited to say - go for the reduced salt/sugar baked beans!!
