Lately, people have been telling me I have lost a lot of weight, and the scale continues to downsize, but I don't see any difference and my clothing all still fits the same. Why don't I feel or see this change :(

Be patient! You will! It may be visible to others in your face or something you're not looking so closely at.

I was able to see it in pictures before I could tell *for sure* that there was a difference. I love taking pics of myself in the same clothes a few months apart. I just posted to my profile today some pics of the same outfit 8-9 months apart
  • It takes a while. And if you haven't taken pictures and measurements yet, start! I have a really hard time seeing a difference even 50 lbs into this, but when I look at my progress pics and take measurements every month, it helps me process it.

You won't see gradual change. It often shows up in the face. You might also want to ake pics every ten pounds to compare.

Take a picture every month in the same outfit/position (in your underwear or swimsuit). Every so often, compare the "now" picture with your first one. Change happens so gradually, we usually can't notice it.

Also if anyone tells you you look great/different/thin, believe them.
