What is your guess at which picture I weigh less in?

Loss3-1.jpg

I am really getting frustrated as I am not seeing any changes from begining weight training and have been trying hard to get back down to 140lbs like I did last year. So I did a side by side from last year and now. I totally see changes and am totally looking fitter. I hope you agree

SPOILER......

Left one was May 2011 weighing 140lbs
Right one was May 2012 weighing 150lbs

Great job! The difference is definitely obvious. Remember, the scale does not tell the whole story of your success :)

I can believe that.....strength training does make a huge difference..but the toning, inches, etc....outweights the amount you will lose....You are looking great..Just keep at it...May try tightening up your diet....That's really the key to losing more....

I can see a difference! Even though you may weigh more you look thinner. Keep up the good work. See exercise really does work!

I'm in the same boat. This time last year I was around 110lbs, and now I'm 114-115 and looks smaller since I've been working out w/ weights. I know 4 or 5lbs difference doesn't sound like much...but when you're 5'1" it's a lot!

    The scale is stupid! *laugh*

I've lost an entire pants size... and "gained" three pounds, because I've increased my lean mass. I kinda LOVE that! "You've lost so much weight!" "Nope!" ^__^
