Does workout water count?

I do a lot of cardio and sweat a ton! (I change socks 2-3 times during a sesion becasue they get soaked). I have a 20oz bottle that I usually go through 2 times during my workout. I used to not drink anything during my workouts, but as summer approached and my sessions got more intense I needed to. Since I had not been drinking during workouts I never worried if I should count it in my daily consumption or not.
Do you count water you drink during workouts? I almost feel like I am freaking even becxause of tthe the amount of sweat I produce.
Thanks for your opinions.

There's a simpler way. When you pee, check the color. If it's pale yellow, you're good. If it's bright yellow or darker than pale yellow, you need more water.
When in doubt, drink more (within reason, you certainly don't want to drink a half gallon of water all at once or more than about 2-3 gallons a day without some thought toward electrolyte levels!).0 -
Yes and no. I count my workout water but I almost always drink an extra 4 - 6 cups on the days that I workout over the 8-10 that we "should" drink.0

Okay... NOW I've seen every question.0

You need to buy better socks. That's kind of disgusting.0 -

I need to figure how to sweat less!
I know I drink enough, but some of my friends get on me when I dont log it or they dont think I drink enough. I fighured the 60 oz almost make the daily "magic number."0 -
are you asking if you need to drink more water on days when you sweat/exercise? the answer is yes.
take the extreme example of hiking all day through a desert. you are going to need a lot more water that day than a nrmal day.0
