Smoke free ticker

I've seen a few people on this site with a ticker in their sig that says "I have been smoke free for ___ days. $___ money saved and ___ cigarettes not smoked".

Where do you find this ticker? I'd really like one for my sig, and myspace page.

    Most of those "other" tickers have their website attached to the properties (if not actually visible on the ticker itself...) Then you have to go to that site, create, copy/paste the code into your profile signature here on MFP.
