Hey guys!
Does anyone know anything I can do to burn about 417 calories?
I just had to give in to those tacos....

Having an exercise bike helps. I just get on and ride.0

It depends somewhat on your age and height/weight. But you could probably do 30-60 minutes on a treadmill or run outside. 45 minutes may be a good estimate at 12 minute miles...0

One Zumba class will take care of all those calories -- plus some.0

A 3.5 to 4 mile walk will take care of those tacos.0

I burned 400+ calories by doing a 1.5 hr walk very brisk, or substitute if I'm not walking really fast then i put in a nice big hill.0

If I run for a half hour I'll burn that.
Having said that, I think we all need to be cautious not to get into disordered eating patterns here. I've done it before. After i lost a lot of weight years ago I got to where if I ate anything unhealthy - a muffin, for instance - I'd make a mental note that I had to burn 400 calories today (or whatever it was worth). But in reality, I just need to include those calories in my day and move on...0 -

I love tacos too and I'll go to Taco Bell once a week and order 3 tacos, but will empty the ingredients on a plate and toss the shells so it's a little bit better, more Atkin's style, and that brings my calories for lunch between 300-360 for all 3 shell-less tacos. I also make sure on the day I eat Taco Bell, it's on a day when I excersise my hardest. I have a HRM and if I do the 30 Day Shred (27 min), or Hip Hop Abs (30 min), I tend to burn 320-325 calories just in 30 minutes. Since it's a short workout and I'm still energized, I might do the Just Dance on Xbox with my daughter for another 30 min and burn an extra 250 calories.0
