Looking for weight loss tips and recipe's.

Hello everyone,

I just want to say hello and good job on deciding to live healthier lifestyles. I don't know anyone on here so I am relying on the kindness of strangers for encouragment, support, tips and ideas to help me along this journey. I started last October and lasted until around Christmas and then "fell off the wagon." In that time I had lost 12Lbs and upon returning to the gym just this past week I found out I have not gained back a single pound so that made me pretty happy.

Anyways, right now I am looking for healthy food ideas for dinners mostly that don't take too much time. I am getting sick of chicken, salad and brown rice.

    IF YOU GO TO 'COMMUNITY' YOU CAN SEARCH FOR ALMOST ANYTHING. OR YOU CAN BROWSE RECIPES OR FOOD AND NUTRITION. I'D LOOK FOR THE FOOD PORN THREADS.. THE 'SHOW ME WHAT YOUR MEALS LOOK LIKE.' THEY'RE AWESOME AND PACKED WITH TERRIFIC IDEAS YOU MIGHT NEVER HAVE THOUGHT OF.. HAVE FUN

    Hello, I am new here also. However, I do have one friend. She is the one who got me into this. I, too, am depending on each of you to help me along the way. Likewise, if there is anything I can do to encourage you, I will.

    My director said to me one day to stop looking at how much food I am doing without and focus on introducing new and healthy alternatives to still satisfy my taste. I have always been an emotional eater but I have decided that this is my life and I am not going to live to eat.
