Stomach virus is causing psychologically havoc!

I've been down with a stomach virus for 2 days now. I'm not logging calories of course because I'm just doing good to swallow some Powerade most of the time. But for breakfast I had 2 sugar cookies because they didn't sound nauseating, and now I'm worried about just diving into the whole bag because I have an "excuse." I'm also in the whole denial about my true size and how much I've lost. It's hard for me to realize I've really dropped 25 pounds, and I feel like if I eat one wrong thing, I'm going to be back at 200 overnight.
So how does everyone cope with the psychological side? Especially on days when you really can't control what you eat?
