Welcome! You've found the right place. It is odd as the posts move so quickly here. Sometimes you post and a ton of folks reply. Othertimes "awkward silence". Anyway, we're all here for similar reasons and the support is really critical. Glad you came out to say hello. I did the same thing = joined MFP and then said hi after a while. There are a lot of guys on this site but they are typically not as vocal (as nearly as I can tell). Happy to be friends if you like. Check out my profile. I ran my first 5k on St. Patrick's Day this year. My next one is July 14. It is an awesome and powerful feeling to be able to run. At least for me, because I didn't even run as a kid.0
