1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 package broccoli florets
1/2 cup strips or slices carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
12 oz sirloin steak, cut in strips *(I used beef chuck roast b/c that's all we had, and it worked well!)
3 tbsps low sodium soy sauce
*I added about a tsp of minced garlic and it helps the flavor a lot
1. In a 10" skillet or wok heat the oil; add the prepared vegetables.
2. Cook, stirring quickly and frequently until the vegetables are crisp tender and the onions are browned.
3. Stir in the beef strips and cook until done.
4. Add in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Optional to add cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
5. Eat hot and enjoy!
6. Note: serve over rice if not worried about carbs.

I don't have the nutritional info. because each brand is different and I just added everything in separately. Sorry!0 -
sounds easy and yum! we make our own chinese food and I would just say add the cornstarch, about a tablespoon to the chicken broth and the sauce gets much thicker and its worth it.0
