Should I raise my calories for how much I exercise?

I'm trying to eat 1300 calories a day and according to my heartrate monitor, I burn 600-700 working out (30 minutes weights, 1-1.5 hours of elliptical/stepmill). Am I setting myself up for disaster? I'm 5'5" and 128 lbs. trying to lose 10-12 lbs.

At your healthy weight already, you would be better off depending on your diet and leaving off the excessive cardio. Not only does a lot of cardio make you hungrier, it makes you lose muscle mass. You look pretty good already, you should focus on the weight training aspect and like I said, let your diet do the calorie cutting.0
