Last July around 160-170 I'm not sure.

Thank you so much! Try to eat as healthy as possible. Lots of veggies, fruits, whole grains and lean meats. I cheat once a week though and eat whatever. I just started working out in the end of May. I do 10 minute solution Target Toning that is on netflix (I'm cheap) 3x a week with a few modifiations. I do regular push ups, full planks, and use weights for the lungs. Then I do light cardio 2x a week.0
