I'm assuming it's cooked? Most do say, ground beef, broiled. Ground beef, fried, etc

If it doesn't say how it was cooked (broiled, grilled, pan-fried, etc) I assume it is raw because the weight of the food varies based on how much its cooked and how much moisture has been cooked off. Raw basically weighs the same.

Also, if you ate it raw, for instance ground beef, then you are eating the fat too. It's sounds gross, but people do eat raw hamburger.

My big question is if this includes the fat that cooks away or that is drained off. Most meats are weighed before cooking, but like was mentioned before the ground beef is different.
