31miles in 31 days *July challenge*

So I've actually remembered to start a post before the challenge month!

So its probably done before but I want to start a group the aim is to run, walk, cycle, swim 31miles in the month of July (which is 31 days heh)

How you do the miles is up to you.
If your aim is to do more than 31 in the month that's awesome!
My aim is to improve my running time and get that down but also to get into more of a habit and routine with it.

I'm not going to have this as a weight loss challenge per say if you do lose weight because of it then bonus eh?

So who's with me?!

    I'm with you, but I normally walk at least 20 miles a week anyway, so maybe I'll use it to up my running distance?

    I'm in, we try to walk at least 1 mile everyday at work during break.

    I'm in......I am wanting to do 150. A very aggressive goal I know but even if I fail I'll still get in a lot of miles.

    I'm in! I'm aiming for more, though. 81 miles walking/running in July. :) Between my morning walk/runs and my occasional walks, I should be able to do that...

    I'm in I have been walking 2miles/day about 4-5 days a week but I really want to do more maybe this will help keep me more motivated on my hard days :)

    I am in - I will do 31 miles of jogging in the month of July... I don't run now. Walk and Bike, so this will be a good challenge for me. How often do we check in?

  • I am in! I will be on vacation the first week in July and this will keep me motivated to get some exercise in while I am away. 31 miles in 31 days is absolutely doable! :wink:

    My goal will be 150, also. I'm alternating running and biking, but I need a challenge to make sure I don't sleep an extra hour in the morning instead. Let's do it!

    I'm in for July. In June I was aiming for 100 miles but lacked on my running. I'll make my goal 100 miles but 31 miles of it will be running!

    ME!! I usually run about 7-10 miles a week. There are always days I don't go or fall off the wagon so this will help me stay focused! :)

    I think i will try 3 miles a day for 31 days....total of 93 miles.
