I've recently stopped going to a once a week yoga class
but I miss it and was wondering if anyone had tried any videos
they recommend. I'm not looking for a crazy workout from it because I
do lots of other exercises through out the week I just want something
relaxing that can help me tone and limber up a little bit.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

i like shiva rea.. most of her stuff is good. i really recommend her yoga shakti dvd because you can customize your own workout by choosing different sections of the dvd. then you press play and whammo, exactly the routine you wnt for that day0

Just got my new Ravi/Ana DVDs today...I did the "Yoga Flow Bootcamp" one and it was really nice. Lots of downward to upward dog stretches...I would recommend any one of their DVDs to anyone looking for an awesome at home yoga experience! And they're pretty cheap...about $15 on Amazon0

go to hulu.com and search yoga they seem to have quite a bit. I keep meaning to actually see if video teacher will motivate me as much as a real live person.0
