I was doing well about two months ago and just stopped. No exercise, tracking food, or anything. Haven't gained but not losing either. Not toned and frustrated having to start again. Need to stay motivated and be consistent.

I'm having the same problem, but it's only been two weeks for me (not that that makes it any better). I haven't gained weight, but I have lost some of the definition that I got when I was working out regularly. And even though I haven't put on any weight, I still feel like I'm getting pudgier.
To get started again, just find a reason to go outside and go for a walk. Just the act of putting my running shoes on helps me get motivated to go out and jog. Just tell yourself "today I'm getting back on track. No excuses" and make sure to follow through.
And just because you took a break doesn't mean you have to look at is as starting over. Just think of it as what it is: you took a break and now you're picking it back up again! It's a loooong journey, but it'll be well worth the time and effort.
Good Luck!0
