Protein pankcakes?!

HI all,

So i fancy trying out protein pankcakes this weekend.....am i right in thinking this is how i make them?

Mix 30g oats with 3 egg white and 1 egg, 1 tablespoon cottage cheese and cook as an omelette on the hob?!

and add banana or berries with maybe some agave nectar yummmmmmy!!!

does that sound about right?! lunch sorted tomorrow if it is hehe! xxx

    Yep, about right. And they taste pretty damn good. Obviously make sure you grind your oats.

    I made some last night that tasted like carrot cake.
    1cup oats
    1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
    1/2 cup vanilla non fat greek yogurt
    1 teaspooon baking soda
    2 egg whites
    1/2tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup chopped carrots
    1/4 cup grated carrots

    Blend all but grated carrots until smooth. Stir in grated carrots (add a few chopped walnuts or raisins if desired). Cook on griddle like regular pancakes. Make sure to use non stick spray or they stick like crazy. Makes 2-3 servings

    They were very yummy and I made a cream cheese frosting by mixing 1 oz low fat cream cheese with 1 tablespoon vanilla greek yogurt.
