Not really sure as I havent used it enough. But it really does work the arms and I think its about 70 - 80 calories burned when you do the 6 minute workout (thats really 10 minutes lol)0

The shake weight really tones your arms. I know it's hard to believe, but the 6 minute workout (yes, it's really 10) is really awesome, and you do feel the burn. It's a quick mini-workout to start the day or pair it with a morning run.0
