Hello all, like most if not all on here I am looking to lose weight and live a healthier life. It all came to a head when I ran out of breath doing a menial task in the yard. I started out about 310 (never got an exact starting weight) I am down to 289 so far thanks to this sight and some good friends and my beautiful wife that is working with me for the same goals. I am in N. Fla
