I just started a Bootcamp class this week... in the beginning of the week before the class they weighed me in... now it's Friday and I've gone to 4 classes... i'm up 5 lbs... i'm super sore... is it possible that i'm swollen from this new regiment of exercise???

absolutely, Your muscles are retaining water for repair, I have done about 7 bootcamp classes and I am up 4lbs, and I feel some water retention. This is normal and will go away so no worries Ive lost an inch off my arms and thighs though0

dont use your weight measure yourself instead, its a better way of seeing results from muscle intensive excerise0
