How to set my goal weight (without using BMI)?

I'm 5' 6'' with a medium/slender frame.
A "healthy" BMI for my height is 115-155 pounds. That's a huge range; does anyone know a website or more exact formula that would help me pick a specific goal weight?
(I'm currently 158, losing steadily)

This might help. You can also calculate your frame size via elbow width on this page.0 -
Thanks for posting this. For my size I should be 180 something, I know for a fact that when I hit 205, my bones are showing, ribs, pelvis. I always thought the 180 something was wrong somehow. I would be happy to be around the 205 range.0

Using the mirror as a gauge has never worked for me, but I know it's a good tool for a lot of people.0
